The Most Productive ADHD Hyper-fixations
I really hate coming out of a lot of my hyper fixations and feeling like I wasted a bunch of my time doing something I won’t be able to stick to. All of these fixations will be good for your physical or mental health and you won’t feel guilty after you do these things (in moderation of course).
Remember to eat a snack and drink some water. Keep floss and a hairbrush by your bed and take care of yourself!
Crochet/ knitting
Crocheting and knitting may seem like they have a steep learning curve, but honestly, you can learn to do both online. YouTube can teach you everything you didn’t learn from your grandma. A really cheap way to get started is to buy a pack of hooks or needles from amazon that has a variety of sizes, then go to dollar tree and buy a few of their yarns. Of course, you can go to Hobby Lobby and use a coupon or wait until a sale and that will be pretty affordable as well.
What’s great about crocheting, in particular, is that I find it can be super mindless. Once your hands learn how to feel where a stitch is then you can sit and watch as much tv as you want while you crochet and you won’t feel like a bum.
I prefer to crochet because if I want to stop in the middle of a row because I’m bored or I get distracted, it is harder to go backward or mess up a stitch.
Go ahead and find a designated tote bag for some yarn and hooks and you are good to go.

Investing can be really productive if you’re really getting into it for the long term. If you are wanting quick gains then be careful and only invest what you are willing to lose.
Dividend ETFs are super fun to get into because there are lots of numbers to consider and you get a small dividend every month, quarter, or…
