The Most Productive ADHD Hyper-fixations

I really hate coming out of a lot of my hyper fixations and feeling like I wasted a bunch of my time doing something I won’t be able to stick to. All of these fixations will be good for your physical or mental health and you won’t feel guilty after you do these things (in moderation of course).

Remember to eat a snack and drink some water. Keep floss and a hairbrush by your bed and take care of yourself!
